The dictionary is an excellent source for word meanings, but is it really suitable for the underlying meaning of words?
The thesaurus does go one step further along the spectrum for the underlying meanings of words. We shouldn’t ask President Donald Trump, from the country to our south, for the actual meaning of the word"tariff." He, in reality, missed the boat on this word, didn’t he!
Let’s analyze his practical application, as it now stands:
