Hope RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in looking the owner of a large collection of patches found on 6th Avenue in Hope.
“This collection of patches likely took many years to compile and may hold some significant sentimental value to someone out there,"said Staff Sgt. Mike Sargent. "We would like to see it gets returned."
RCMP discovered the collection on May 28 in the 12000 block of 6th Avenue. The collection is comprised of various fabric patches with the names of different locations — which includes cities, landmarks, states, provinces, and countries — both within and outside Canada.
