The Alzheimer Society of B.C. is calling on the public to take part in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s, its largest annual fundraiser, on Sunday, May 25, at Fisherman’s Wharf Park in Victoria.
The event brings together thousands of participants across 19 B.C. communities to support people living with dementia and their caregivers. In Victoria, this year’s walk will honour Amy and Joe Ross.
Registration opens at 9 a.m., with the walk starting at 10 a.m. Community members can learn more or sign up to fundraise at WalkForAlzheimers.ca.
