Friday afternoon, the Trail RCMP said Ms. Steringa has been located safe and sound.
"Thank you to everyone for getting the story out into the public," Sgt. Mike Wicentowich added.

RCMP are asking for the public's help to find missing Trail woman Jenny Steringa.
Police said in a statement Thursday that Steringa, 33, hasn't been seen since April 19 in the Trail area.
Steringa is described as Caucasian, five-foot-six, with dark hair and a slim build. Police added Steringa often wears dresses and high-heel shoes.
Police say Steringa has been known to be occasionally unhoused and could be hitchhiking.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Trail detachment at 250-364-2566, or their nearest police.
