The Upper Clearwater Volunteer Fire Brigade (UCVFB) will be hosting a silent auction and car wash on May 25, starting at 11 a.m. at the Upper Clearwater Hall.
There will be a wide variety of items up for auction and although they are encouraging cash sales there is also the option of e-transfer available for larger bid items.
The team members will be cooking up some delicious hamburgers and hot dogs during the event with beverages like juice, pop, coffee and tea to compliment them.
Lots of fun free activities for the kids and families to enjoy during the day such as ring toss, face painting, lawn darts, bean bag toss and balloons for everyone. More activities will be added prior to the fundraiser as well.
Some of the interesting items up for auction are vegetable plants, restaurant gift certificates, volleyball nets, septic suck-outs, manure, adventures in the park, artwork, electrical upgrade packages, and brand-new power tools to name a few.
