Smile Cookie sales at Castlegar's Tim Hortons raised $6898 in support of the Castlegar and District Hospital Foundation.
From April 28 to May 4, the local community purchased thousands of Smile Cookies, with 100% of local proceeds going directly to the foundation. The funds will support vital equipment and initiatives that enhance patient care and health services at the Castlegar and District Community Health Centre.
“We’re incredibly grateful to our community for stepping up once again,” said Nicole MacMillan, owner and operator of Tim Hortons Castlegar. “Every Smile Cookie purchased helped support health care close to home, and we couldn’t have done it without our guests, volunteers, and team members.”
