People admire a private garden at the home of Amber Price and David Short on Saturday, June 22, 2024. The home was one of eight stops on that year's Rotary Garden Tour.

An annual garden event, kicking off the summer season, will once again double as a Rotary fundraiser in June.

The 21st annual Chilliwack Rotary Garden Tour is taking place at a number of private gardens and other locations throughout Chilliwack on Saturday, June 21.

Funds raised from this self-guided tour help fund the Rotary Club of Chilliwack’s work on the Rotary Trails, Browne Creek Wetlands, Peach Creek Trail, Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve and other club projects.

This year nine private gardens will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tickets are $25 and available online at chilliwackrotary.com/rotary-garden-tour or in-person (at the locations listed below) up to 1 p.m. on the day of the event. Online ticket purchasers will receive an email with their ticket and map a few days before the Rotary Garden Tour.
