It is graduation week in Castlegar as the Stanley Humphries Secondary School Class of 2025 prepares to celebrate their accomplishments.

The cap and gown ceremony will be held Friday, June 13, at 5 p.m. at Selkirk College.
The parade will take place on Saturday, June 14. The grads will meet at Millennium Park and the parade will begin at 1:15 p.m.
The route is different this year, remaining in downtown Castlegar. It will begin at Millennium Park and travel up 5th Street, turn left onto 7th Avenue and continue until it turns right on 10th Street. From 10th Street, the parade will turn right onto Columbia Avenue and continue until turning right on Third Street before turning again onto 7th Avenue and returning to Millennium Park via 5th Street.
The whole community is encouraged to set up a chair and watch the grads as they drive through town in their gowns and tuxedos.
The formal Grand March will take place at the Castlegar Community Complex arena from 5 - 7:30 p.m.
