Sikhs from Barriere, Kamloops and elsewhere join those from Clearwater at the Guru Tegh Bahadur Temple in Clearwater for Vaisakhi celebrations on Sunday, May 15.
One central event was lowering the flagpole located in front of the temple and replacing its saffron-colored flag and covering, after first cleaning the pole and anointing it with a yogurt mixture.
