Congratulations to the Clearwater Canoe Regatta Committee, who put a huge amount of energy and imagination into the regatta. I enjoyed the Regatta Guy columns in the paper for several weeks before the event - creative, imaginative, inviting. The crew there Friday evening, hard at work, cheerful, encouraging, and the same on Saturday, I am sure. And, readers, if you haven't seen the rules and requirements of the Wild & Wacky Scavenger Hunt, you are truly missing something! I did not take part in the hunt myself, but I certainly enjoyed many chuckles while reading those three pages. Thank you also for the very beautiful bouquet of flowers on Friday evening - they are lovely, lasting well, and much appreciated.
