You held Justin's feet to the flame when it was needed. You worked for the common man. It has always puzzled me that this country does not see the worth of one that works so hard for the worker which is the backbone of any country.
You did not stand a chance as this country froze under the threat of Donald Trump. He played a significant part in the outcome of the election. And in that Mark Carney achieved.

I suppose you gave it your all. Done all you can. In a party that has never been accepted federally, not unlike Jack Layton, some of the best this country offers of which you are one.
While your ancestry is South Asian mine is Irish. My father came to this country at the age of 18, and yours came here as well. It is Canada. You too are first generation Canadian as am I.
Perhaps you will come back one day as Canada needs more like you. Perhaps in a significant role that allows you more room to achieve your beliefs for the common man. Take pride in your accomplishments. You did good!
