In accordance with Section 124(3) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that District of Lantzville Council intends to amend “Council Procedure Bylaw No. 141, 2020” by adopting “Council Procedure Bylaw No. 141, 2020, Amendment (Public Input and Public Consultation) Bylaw No. 409, 2025”.
In general terms, the proposed amendments will allow provisions for the publication of the name and address of persons who submit correspondence or appear before Council pertaining to an item on a Council agenda.
A copy of Bylaw No. 409 can be viewed on the District’s website at lantzville.ca or on the bulletin board at the Municipal Hall located at 7192 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC.
