Penticton City Council's next regular meeting will commence three hours later than it usually does.

In a public notice, city officials said council's meeting on June 10 will begin at 4 p.m.

Among the items municipal politicians are expected to discuss include proposed budget increases for the King's Park washroom project and budget amendments for work at both Cleland Theatre and McLaren Arena.

The city did not say why the meeting's start time was being pushed back.

A public hearing related to amendments to Penticton's Official Community Plan is also scheduled for June 10.

Penticton City Hall is located at 171 Main St.
