RCMP recruiting new members in Vernon

The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP is looking to add new members to its team. 

The RCMP Recruiting Section will be at the Vernon detachment Tuesday, July 9 at 10:30 a.m. It will be giving a one-hour presentation offering people the chance to hear first-hand from recruiters about career opportunities with the RCMP. 

Attendees will also hear details about the recruiting process including the requirements and expectations for applying, and how to prepare for each stage. 

"If you’re still not sure and want to know more, this is the presentation for you," media relations officer Cpl. Tania Finn said.

The Vernon RCMP detachment is located at 3402 30th St.
