I think it is stupid to think of relocating to Russell and Johnston. There is already too much traffic along 152nd Street/Johnston Road and the whole city as well.
I do not think things are broken, so to speak, so why are you trying to fix something that works better than your plans? If you need more space, rebuild or add to what we already have.
Most people have a hard enough time getting out of White Rock on a daily basis. I myself have never been to the city hall when it was busy and appeared to need more space, as well as the library.
I have lived in Surrey/White Rock for over 80 years and think more than enough damage has been done in this area. Who are you trying to keep up with with your plans?
I know change happens, but this is a ridiculous plan.
