Chilliwack RCMP release images of 2 people from early-morning fire footage

Two people on bikes were caught on camera near residential fire on April 11, say RCMP

The Chilliwack RCMP have released images of two people on bikes that they believe could know something about an early-morning fire from April 11.

The fire broke out at about 3:19 a.m. that day, at a home in the 8900 block of Nowell Street.

Officers arrived to find the vacant home fully engulfed in flames.

"As part of the ongoing investigation, officers conducted neighbourhood inquiries and reviewed CCTV footage of the area," the RCMP said in a statement. "This has led investigators to believe that two unidentified individuals may have information that could assist in the investigation."

The statement included five images of those two people.
