A Classic Car Show & Fundraiser revved up a crowd at Venvi Fleetwood Villa on Saturday, June 14.
The third annual event, a fundraiser for Surrey Food Bank, featured classic cars along with live entertainment and a barbecue lunch.
The show attracted more than 300 visitors in the morning and afternoon hours, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with performances by The Beauty Shop Dolls and Steve Elliot as Elvis.
"We raised several thousands of dollars of food and cash donations for the Surrey Food Bank," noted Joel Grigg, a consultant with the retirement home complex in Fleetwood, 16028 83 Ave.
"Fun was had by all, which is synonymous with what Fleetwood Villa retirement living community is known for."
