VIDEO: Ways to celebrate dad in the Central Okanagan

Father's Day is coming up on Sunday, June 15 and many business are hosting events to celebrate dad. 

The annual CSN Collision Father's Day Car Show will be back in Kelowna's City Park on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event raises funds for the Child and Youth Advocacy Centre. 

Lake Country dad's can check out the cars at the Oyama Show and Shine at the Oyama Community Club, also on from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Southeast Kelowna Poker Run is taking place both Saturday and Sunday. Grab your first tasting at Priest Creek before hitting five of 10 participating locations to collect your hand. Best poker hand wins. 

Beers and Bricks at Copper Brewing is on for Father's Day. From 3-9 p.m. families are invited to build a technic bush plane out of Lego and enjoy a snack of pierogies or veggies and hummus. 

For families on a budget, Folktale Cider will have their kids activities on for free during the day on Sunday. All dads that come out will be entered into a draw for a prize pack complete with cider and white crew socks.
