A 1980 Valentines Memory from Verena Schlunnegger of Clearwater: My first innocent Love, Angelo an Italian seasonal hospitality worker in Switzerland sent me a letter with a picture of himself holding a red rose my first ever and last Valentines gift!
My husband Chris and I came to Canada 24 years ago and made our first home in Vernon, B.C. We had a food concession/catering business for 17 years called Mobile Munchies. We moved to Clearwater in 2018 to be closer to nature. We love exploring the bush and watching wildlife and hunting and skiing. I work with Yellowhead Community Services with the Better at Home program. We help seniors to live at home by helping them do chores, transports and friendly visits. Chris is building our house on Glenn Eddy Court in Clearwater. Our grandkids (two girls) live in Switzerland.
Angelo lives with his family in the Bermudas. I moved with my partner to Canada.
