The Upper Clearwater Volunteer Fire Brigade is a non-profit organization, with the goal of providing fire protection to the residents and businesses in Upper Clearwater.

The brigade has been building slowly, working closely with Clearwater and Blackpool Fire Departments, as well as BC Wildfire Service. The main objective of the UCVFB is to protect structures in the event of a fire and to assist BC Wildfire Service.

There are currently 11 UCVFB volunteer members and some additional volunteer support members.

There will be a fundraising event coming up on May 25 at the Upper Clearwater Community Hall.
