The winners of the surgeryitaly annual Christmas Story contest have been named and they were all such a delight to read it was difficult to place them! The stories were filled with imagination, creativity, and humour. A big thank you goes out to our young authors and to the teachers and parents who supported them.

Mrs. Claus takes the reins

In the town all the children were excited for Christmas. They were singing and playing. But up at the North Pole something was wrong. Santa was sick! Santa was very worried about who was going to deliver the presents. So he told Mrs Claus, you must deliver the presents and you must go now. This will be a long way. Mrs Claus went outside and attached the reindeers to the sled and put the big toy sack in the back. Mrs Claus yelled “ready!” Then snapped her fingers and flew off. Everything was okay until the weather got pretty bad and the youngest reindeer fell. “Down!” cried Mrs Claus. Then they flew down. Where are we? Where is Rudolph? cried Mrs Claus. They looked for Rudolph for a long time. But then Mrs Claus spotted a wishing well. She walked to it and said, wish wish please come true make Rudolph appear. The second Mrs Claus said that Rudolph appeared. Everyone wanted to celebrate. But Mrs Claus said that they really needed to go. So they got back on the sled. Mrs Claus snapped her fingers and they flew off. When they got to the town. They flew onto the roof of the house. Mrs Claus had trouble going through the chimneys because they were all different sizes. When Mrs Claus got in the house. She quickly put the presents under the tree and drank the glass of milk that the children left for her and ate the cookies and grabbed the carrots for the reindeer. She did the same thing for every other house. But on the ninth house when she got into the house and made a big crash. the little kid woke up and said what’s that noise? Then he started to walk downstairs. Mrs Claus was so scared! She threw the presents under the tree and ran out of the house without eating any cookies. When Mrs Claus was done delivering the presents. She found a wishing crystal so she wished for Santa to feel better. Soon the sun was rising so Mrs Claus got into the sled and flew off. when she got back to the North Pole. She told Santa about her adventure and how it was. and asked if he felt better. And he said yes! All of the children at the town were happy it was the best Christmas ever!

It is Christmas day. It smells like my favourite tree, Douglas Fir. It tastes like cookies. Gingerbread cookies. And all over the place there are presents. I wake up mum and Nathan and go to the living room! Everyone opens presents!!! After we open our presents we go to Gram’s and open presents there. I get to Grams and Grampa is in his chair. Grama is waiting at the door. We sit down at the tree and everyone is there. We start opening presents!!! Me and Nate are chilling in the back room and mum comes with a card. “What is in your hand?” I found a card in the tree. I go to the other room. I said, “huh?” I go to the other room and in the room is a basketball hoop and a ball!! The end.

Hello, my name is Mrs.Claus and it is December 5th! It is the merry season! My favourite elf is called Candy Cane (don’t tell any elf) She likes to bake just like me! She also likes to skate just like me too! Also, Santa has a teeny tiny cough. But not a bad cough that would wake up the children on Christmas Eve. But it has been a couple of days and Santa’s cough has gotten worse! Candy Cane has been trying to get Santa to feel better. It is already December 20th! If Santa is not better in four days than who will drive the sleigh and deliver presents? Just then, Candy Cane had a good idea! “How about Mrs.Claus drives the sleigh and delivers presents?” said Candy Cane! “That is a good idea”, said Santa. “I will think about it,” I said. On December 23, I decided to deliver presents and drive the sleigh! Since Santa is not better. But I also am going to bring Candy Cane along. She has been begging Santa for years! So this year Candy Canes’ wish will come true! (But I hope she is not too loud). I hop in the sleigh with Candy Cane and off we GO!! Santa’s job sure is tiring! Finally, we only have one house to go! Time to head back. Luckily, Santa’s cough is all better! We sit down with hot chocolate!

One day in Santa’s workshop an elf catches a cold. The cold spreads from one elf to another. Eventually, Santa catches the cold and asks Mrs Claus if she can deliver the presents and she said that she would.
So she loaded up the presents into the sleigh and took off. After a while, she got lost in the sky. She went to look for her map but it wasn’t with her. She figured that if she could just go straight she could eventually find land. So she went straight. And eventually, she came across this icy, big island and then, she saw a light.
She landed and she met three penguins, Jake, Jason, and Connor. Connor, who was the leader of the penguins, went up to the sleigh and asked her what she was doing. “Where am I?’’ she asked. “You’re in Antarctica.” Jake said. She asked the Penguins if they could help her. “Why of course, ” Jason said. They took a map and left for Alaska to deliver the presents.
Once they got there they started at the first house and the penguins got in their snow suits, jumped in the chimney, came out with a cookie and gave it to Mrs. Claus. They saw some squirrels and they tried to steal the presents but Jake threw a sock at them.
After that they went to Toronto, Canada then went south to USA and South America then they got lost again and ended up in Asia and then went to Europe. They went to London, the last city. Once they got to the last house the penguins got off the sleigh and they went through the chimney.
Once they were in, they put the present under the tree and grabbed the cookie but Jake stepped on some lego and made a big sound. Then a little girl came down the stairs to see what happened but the penguins hid under the couch. The girl was about five or six. She had long brown curly hair and she sat on the couch and fell asleep. Then very quietly the penguins opened the window and jumped out and Mrs. Claus asked them if they wanted to go home to Antarctica. They said “No, we’d rather go to Pittsburgh.” So Ms. Claus dropped the penguins off and went home. Santa thanked her and Christmas was saved.

One Christmas Eve, Santa and the reindeer’s are delivering the presents to the children that are asleep. Santa is ready to go to the next house. They arrived. Santa opened the sack of toys. He took a toy teddy bear with a ribbon and put it under the Christmas tree and ate the cookies. Then Santa left the house and got ready to go to the next house. Meanwhile in the house, the teddy bear was starting to move then it started to walk. The teddy bear was curious about his surroundings. Then he saw the stairs. He saw a door. He saw a window and he saw the Christmas tree and said, “where should I start? hhhmmmmm”, said the teddy bear. Then he looked around and saw an open door and he went in. He saw a big table. He saw three big chairs, and he saw a sleeping cat. “Hello?” said the teddy bear. Then the cat woke up and saw the teddy bear. Then the cat chased the teddy bear and said, “meow”. The teddy bear was scared and ran away. Then he started climbing up the chair and the cat copied it. The teddy bear thought the cat couldn’t climb but he was wrong. Then he jumped to a next chair. Then he started climbing the table. And he heard something and said, “someone coming”. Then he rushed at the Christmas tree. But the cat is still chasing him. He arrived at the Christmas tree and sat down.The cat was about to pull his arm but the man saw it and stopped the cat and said “no Fluffy!” and the cat stopped.The man was right on time. And went up stairs.The next day the teddy bear woke up and said, “good morning”. Then a little girl came down stairs and saw the teddy bear and said “aaaaaaaaaawwwwww what a cute teddy bear,I’ll name you Jayreldin”. The teddy bear was happy to have a name and live with the girl. They lived happily ever after the END.

I have many favorite things about Christmas, like joining the skating Christmas concert, festive lights on every house, and all the yummy baking. One of my most favorite things is going tobogganing and having fun with family and friends and just being together. Every winter we go to my uncle’s house and he drives a snowmobile with a great big sleigh on the back pulling me and my cousins on it. My Aunt also hosts a festive outdoor party where we drink hot coco and stand By: a big bonfire and go sledding down their big hill. ome days, when it’s too cold to go outside, we stay inside and bake ginger cookies, peanut butter cookies, and my favorite peanut butter balls! My dad also helps us build an awesome gingerbread house and now he is working on building an outdoor hockey rink. Every Christmas eve my family has a great big appetizer feast with all of our favorite foods, like meat and cheese, crackers, pickles, chicken wings, taco dip, shrimp rings, and lots of baking. Me and my brothers Bowen and Brandon try to stay awake the whole night, to catch Santa, but every time we fail. Our elf named Alphie comes and watches us on the first of December to make sure if we’re good or bad and report back to Santa. We have a great big tree that is full of lights and vintage ornaments. We have garland on top of our cabinets and we have our own Christmas village that is so fun to put together and look at. I know that all that I’ve talked about so far seems awesome, but the greatest thing about the Christmas season is how my Grandpa Wally builds a giant snow fort in his backyard out of the snow he’s blown into a huge pile, the size of a house. It has tunnels and windows and little rooms. Last year it even had an indoor slide! I love Christmas. It’s the feeling of comfort and joyfulness. I love the hustle and bustle of people shopping and buying trinkets and treasures. The festive environment and the spread of kindness and cheer. Every Christmas morning I love to wake up to my Mom, Dad and my brothers smiling happily at our Christmas tree.

Two kids make a wish to swap lives with their parents. So while their parents were not looking they made the wish. The parents heard something so they looked at their kids.The kids looked at their parents. The kids looked at their parents with a look and the parents knew that look meant something so the parents said, “which one of you said that?” And the parents looked mad this time. And their parents never get mad at their kids so the kids looked sad and the parents felt a little bad for the kids and this is the first time this happened in a while. But the parents did not care. They sent their kids to their room and the kids were listening. They opened the door and yelled at their kids. The kids shared a bedroom so the parents sent the brother outside but there was a window outside to their bedroom. But this time the parents did not know so they can talk all they want to and their parents don’t know. There and there was a window that they climbed out to Santa’s factory. But they can’t find the factory. Their parents called the police. But the police can’t find them either and the parents were mad and worried and scared and they searched the kids room and found the window. The mom got so mad she screamed as loud as she could scream and the kids heard that scream. So they ran as fast as they could to their home and hugged their parents for two minutes. Today is Christmas Eve, tomorrow is Christmas and now it is bedtime. When they woke up they screamed the sister is the mom and the mom is the sister and the brother was the dad and the dad was the brother.

Then Bob and Cheyrl realized they were upstairs and they had a clock which changed their bodies so they ran downstairs but it was too late. They switched back into their own bodies. Then the kids put a time bomb which would explode any minute now. And then boom! It happened. Bob and Cheryl’s vision was all blurry. Then they woke up to see they were in the Nightmare Before Christmas. Then Jack Skeleton popped out with his dog, which I forgot his name. Then Jack took the parents to a place which they were never found again.

Feeling a little odd after eating, both Emily and Mike remember the wishes they made. They both wish that they could be the parents during the holidays so they could do what they wanted. Arriving at their grandparents, they went straight to bed. The next morning, walking down the stairs in a sleepy daze, both Emily and Mike were confused when their grandparents called them By: their parents’ names. They didn’t realize why. Then, their parents walked into the kitchen and they were in the kids bodies and demanding to talk. When everything was clear to Emily and Mike, they looked at each other and said, “The wish came true!” Emily and Mike had to come clean about their Christmas wish and promise to wish everything back to normal once they got home after the holidays. They spent the next three days at their grandparents and never realized how much work it is to be an adult. They didn’t know that they couldn’t do the things they wanted to do .They also have the time of their lives. They went sledding and had snowball fights and baked cookies and decorated them. Three days later, they returned home stopping at the same restaurant and wished themselves back to normal. They woke up the next morning as themselves afraid their parents would be upset but they were surprised when they said, ”Hurry up we’re going sledding!!

Once upon a time Santa and Mrs.Claus were talking then Santa started to cough and then he said he was not feeling good and then Mrs.Claus said get in bed. Then Santa said you might have to deliver the presents tomorrow night but Mrs.Claus said no way. But Santa soon convinced Mrs.Claus to deliver the presents so Santa gave Mrs.Claus a book so she can learn how to drive the sleigh. She stayed up all night studying. In the morning Mrs.Claus was so tired and slept all day so she wouldn’t be tired that night. When she woke up Mrs.Claus looked at the time it was six o’clock she quickly got up and got ready. Santa said goodbye and Mrs.Claus heeded out she got in the sleigh and went off into the sky. She was as scared as a mouse. Then the sleigh started to make funny noises. When she landed at the first house she looked around the sleigh. It seemed fine but she wasn’t an expert. So she picked up the bag of presents and went down the chimney and put some presents under the tree then sat down and ate a cookie and a glass of milk and went to the next house. At the next house there was a little girl and then she said mommy daddy it’s Mrs.Claus. Mrs.Claus said shhhh and disappeared. Then she remembered that she had not put any presents under the tree so she went back to the house and put some presents under the tree. Mrs.Claus did the rest of the city and another until she had two left. She was so tired but she had to keep going. until she only had one town left. At this house the sleigh was not sounding so good but she didn’t really care. She went and put some presents under the tree and left. She flipped through the book to see if she missed anyone and she did not. So she went back to the north pole and told Santa all about her adventure. She also told Santa that the sleigh was making noise from the beginning. So Santa went to take a look at the sleigh and he found a candy cane in the engine so Santa took it out of the engine. She said it was as easy as pie.

It all started with a girl named Hollie she was Mrs. Claus and Saint Nick’s daughter. And of course they lived in the north pole. Their house was like gingerbread and icing. But there was also a family that lived in New York. The moms name was Nicole and the girls name was Kenzie. They were having trouble with getting into the Christmas spirit because Nicole and Kenzie’s Dad had just split up and moved to Toronto Ten days before Christmas. But Hollie and Mrs Claus had known Kenzie from last year’s incident when Mrs Claus had to take the reins because Santa was sick. Hollie wanted to help Kenzie out, so all night Hollie was thinking about how to help her out then she got an awesome idea! Her idea was to swap lives for Christmas. Hollie knew that Kenzie would love spending Christmas with Santa and Mrs Claus, so right away Hollie called Kenzie. She thought the idea was great. So Hollie knew that she had a little bit of magic in her hands so right before she went to sleep she closed her eyes and said I wish to swap lives with Kenzie for the season. Then she opened her eyes and nothing happened so then she went to sleep. The next day when they woke up they were in each other’s bed. They were shocked to death but they were also so excited!! Then Kenzie ran out of Hollie’s room and down the hallway then she stopped dead in her tracks because Santa was standing right in front of her. His cheeks were like roses, his nose was like a cherry. Santa was so confused why she was in the North Pole, and he also wondered where Holly could be. So then Kenzie told Santa all that had happened. Meanwhile Holly was in Toronto with Kenzie’s family Holly was surprised that it actually worked! They were both fascinated with each other’s lives. But then Bingle the elf came up to Kenzie and said that the spell that goes with the wish ends 12:00 on Christmas day they have to switch back or else they can’t go back with magic. So then they made sure that they swapped back before 12:00. It all went well the rest of the days before Christmas with each other’s family. And they all lived happily ever after.

It all started when Santa got sick with the flu. Mrs Claus is really excited to deliver the gifts, but she is worried about santa. Mrs Claus gives Santa some candy cane medicine, then fills up the sleigh to deliver the presents. She goes as quick as the wind, but then the sleigh breaks down. Mrs Claus doesn’t have any tools to fix the sleigh, so she goes to get her magic fixing ball. She looks and looks, but she can’t find it anywhere. She asks one of the children to help her and the child says “of course”. So the child fixes the sleigh and says “this is a piece of cake” then Mrs claus offers to fly her home, of course she says yes, so she flys her back home. In the meantime Santa is at home with all the reindeer. Mrs claus is done delivering the gifts and she is coming home, but she comes home to prancer being sick. Luckily Rudolph saves prancer with his shiny nose, they are so happy, he feels so much better. After that Mrs Claus went to the workshop to check on the elfs, but on her way she found a girl, she was shocked she had never seen a kid in the north pole for years. Turns out the kid she just saw was the girl who helped her fix the sleigh. Mrs Claus asked for her name, the girl said”my name is Ava”. Then Mrs Claus askes Ava “why are you here?”. “I’m here because I followed a candy trail!” She said with a big smile on her face. “A candy trail? We don’t make candy trails”. Mrs Claus mentioned. “But I followed one.” Ava Said confused.
“I know who did it…” Mrs Claus whispered under her breath.
Ava’s head was spinning with confusion. “Who did it?” she asked. Twelve years ago there was this elf, he was a very naughty elf, he always led kids into the north pole and he would make them smash all the toys, so he wasn’t the only one on the naughty list. But he must have seen me and ran off this time so he wouldn’t get caught. So Mrs Claus goes to find the bad elf. Mrs Claus finds the bad elf behind the tree. She sends him to elf jail and sends Ava home with her best elf Charlie.

One morning nicholas was in the snow playing with the Reins and Mrs.claus just woke up.nicholas why don’t you come in for some hot coco and maybe some milk to said Mrs.claus. they talked for awhile and had some Hot coco. Nicholas started coughing. Oh dear side Mrs. Claus I think you got sick from going out said. Oh no who is going to deliver the presents sied nicholas .I don’t know dut let’s go see dr. elf I think he will know Mrs.claus sied.they arrived to Dr.elfs places.I think he has a virus.so he can’t deliver Presents dut mabe mrs.claus can sied dr.elf. well only if nicholas take care Of the cat and the daddy elfs sied mrs.claus.ok sied nicholas As he was coughing as loud as a car alarm.mrs.claus practiced So she already knew how to drive the sleigh.she fed the reins and was ready to go.the elf opened the portal.off we go said mrs.claus.she got to the first house,the tree was sparkling! She put the presents down lightly under the tree,and then she noticed there was a little girl coming down the stairs,Mrs.claus looked at the list.the little girl coming down the stairs is named Molly,Molly looked at Mrs.claus you’re not santa?Don’t worry about it dear,you should go back to sleep so you can open your presents in the morning. Mrs.claus took the cookies ,milk and the carrots and then fed the reins 1 carrot each and off she went.mrs.claus heard something in the back of the sleigh.IT WAS MOLLY! Oh dear your supposed to be sleeping Mrs.Claus said.Mrs Claus Took Molly back to her house. Now go to sleep dear.She went to all the other houses and came back to the north pole,and gave nicholas some cookies and milk that she saved for him.They finished with a bright and jolly christmas!!

Have you ever heard of the Christmas that Santa was sick? Mrs. Claus delivers the gifts this year. Something terrible has happened, Santa is sick with the flu. He was feeling very under the weather. What will happen? It is Christmas Eve and Santa is still sick. Mrs. Claus goes into the garage and looks at the sleigh. She goes and jumps into the sleigh and looks at the buttons. She is in BIG trouble, she doesn’t know how to start the sleigh so she sits there and thinks and thinks and she starts to cry. So an elf came, his name was Jingles, he was Santa’s most helpful elf. So he flies into the sleigh and asks “what’s wrong”? She explains she doesn’t know how to start the sleigh. Jingles said “oh all you need is Santa’s hat”, she looked at Jingles and said “what”? He said “get santa’s hat”, she said “but how Jingles how”? He said “Santa’s sleeping, we just have to steal it”. “How though”, asked Mrs. Claus? Jingles said “I’m an elf, let me”. He ran and he gently somehow got it. I mean he is an elf. He went back to Mrs. Claus and he explained how to start the sleigh. “Just press the big red button but now we have to get the presents”, he said. Off she went to grab them, but she couldn’t pick them up, so she called for all the elves and they came and helped her carry them to the sleigh and put them in for her. She said “thank you so, so much” and then the elves went back to work. She got back in the sleigh and she just about pressed the button but then stopped. She asked Jingles to come along. He jumped into the sleigh and Mrs. Claus pressed the big red button and they were off like a shot, into the night sky. They get to the first house, but Mrs. Claus doesn’t know how to get inside! Jingles reminds her that Santa’s magic hat will help her get down the chimney. She grabs the gifts and jumps onto the roof and down the chimney. She puts a toy plane and a skateboard and a guitar under the Christmas tree. Then she flew back up the chimney, and back into the sleigh. And that’s how Mrs. Claus saved Christmas!

Once on a magical December morning.
There were two little girls that had known each other from summer camp last year. Their names where.. Marry and Amy.
They were talking in their cabin one night and Marry had told Amy that she was Santa’s daughter! Amy was amazed that her best friend was Santa’s daughter! The next day all Amy was thinking about was what it would be like spending Christmas at the north pole? And Mary was thinking about spending Christmas with a normal family. So then Marry went to bed and made a wish to swap lives with Amy for a few days. They woke up the next day in each other’s beds. They were so shocked because they didn’t think it would work. They were a little confused but also really excited! Amy was exploring the north pole. And Marry was exploring the normal world. They are both fascinated with their new lives! They were so Tired after exploring they decided to take a nap.
When Amy woke up she had a big big dinner waiting for her. Santa was talking to Amy and Amy didn’t know what to say but then the phone was ringing Amy said she’ll get it. And it was Marry! Marry was calling because she forgot to tell her what to say and what to do! Amy was so thankful. Because she almost blew it! Then it was bedtime. They got all Comfy and when Santa shut the door Marry made a wish to switch. Then they fell asleep. But when Amy woke up she was still in Marry’s bed!They were confused? They thought it would work. Marry has magic right? Well they were confused but they just Carried on with their day. They just had a normal day. and they went to bed.got all comfy Marry Wishes again.But Santa heard amy. And he now knows what’s going on. The next morning they all had breakfast. and decided to go feed the reindeer. but Santa got on his sleigh and Amy hopped on too.and they Glided through the air and picked up Mary and dropped off Amy. They had so much fun but they said that they’ll do it next year and of course Santa said maybe!! The end!

My favourite thing about winter

My favorite thing about winter is snow because it’s so fluffy, white and sticky. You can make icy or fluffy snowballs with it.. My second favorite thing about winter is that it’ll be super fun because you can go snowboarding, sledding and skiing.
One time I went cross country skiing on the Candle Creek ski trails in Clearwater. I went with my friend Mason N and Ms.Shooks class when I was in grade 4. When I was done skiing me and some kids went to go up the Big hill and when we got to the top we would ski back down and it was so fast and when we got to the bottom we just went back up and did it all again.
Last night my brother and mason went outside and we played in the snow.
. last year me and my brother went outside after my dad our driveway me and my brother went outside and broke the ginormous snow fort it was so fun after my brother made a small room and I made a few more humongous hole that was frozen so nobody could break through the top of it another reason why I love winter it’s cold and unlike summer you’re too hot in summer and in Winter you’re cold sometimes you can get too cold but if you dig into the snow and make a hole for the cold to lower in the corner of it and all the heat will rise to your end if yours is the highest because warm air rises so it’ll rise towards you so much that you will stay warm in the night.
This is a snow hack and you can use it if you get really cold so don’t forget to have fun in the snow everybody. I hope you like your winter. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year too.

It all started with Santa feeding the reindeer,but then a HUGE snowstorm started! It was as cold as an ice cube! He was determined to finish feeding them.”Nicholas, hurry up now,you’re going to get a cold!” Mrs.claus said. ”No way! I’m Saint Nicholas! I would never get a cold two days before christmas!” He’s so stubborn she thought.Next thing you know……On christmas eve morning, as Santa woke he coughed and felt a heating bag on his head.”You’re under the weather..” Mrs.claus said,”oh no!…” Santa gasp! Who’s going to fly the sleigh tonight!?”Mrs.claus sighed “I guess I will….”YAH-HO!!!!” Santa stood up and yelled,”I have so much to teach you!” Santa said to her.”Now,now there! You’re staying in bed,I’ll get the Elves to fetch me some books!” Mrs.clus studied. She was ready to go! Her first stop is los vegas! As she arrives ,she looks where to go first,a little girl named Natalie Wicks on the nice list”Santa talks about her!” She yelled as the bells rang and the cold air hits her face. She was nervous to land on her first roof! Mrs.claus went to her house,it was the brightest house on the block! She went to the chimney and wondered how Santa would fit down it hes been known to have a cookie or two! She continued down to the chimney and made her way to the beautifully decorated tree Mrs.claus walked to the Christmas tree,when all of the sudden….. She trips on a string,bells ring and a little girl pops out of nowhere!!”Wait you’re not Santa! WHO are you?!” The little girl said. Mrs.claus hesitated to answer back,”uhmmm ho ho i’m Santa!”
“I know you’re not!” She answered.”I’m Natalie, who are YOU??”
“I’m Mrs.claus!Nice to meet you! But I really need to get back to work!”
“Awhhh,am i at least on the good list!??”Natalie said,”yes,yes,Santa talks about you alot!” She replied.”Yayy!!! It was nice meeting you Mrs.claus!”
“Bye now young lady!”
“Wait your cookies and milk!”But it was too late.

Once upon a time Santa was getting ready to deliver presents to all the kids but then he got sick from one of the elves. He couldn’t deliver all the presents in the cold winter night while he was sick. He gave the responsibility to M.s Claus. She had to deliver all those presents she couldn’t not do it but if she didn’t all the kids will be very sad. She knew she had to, she knew she couldn’t let all those kids down. She was determined! “All of those kids will be getting presents,” said Mrs. Claus”. Then after hard work she was ready to deliver the presents to the kids. She was doing it for the first time ever when she was up in the sky with DEER! She was having so much fun up in the air that she forgot to deliver the presents! Then she remembered she was so scared because the night was almost over she had to think of something and quick! She thought and thought and thought. But nothing came to her head. She was scared she couldn’t let all those kids down she had to think hmmm she said to herself. “If i just make Christmas tomorrow then i won’t have to worry about those kids not getting their presents on Christmas” said Mrs. Claus. But no she couldn’t. She had to do it. She was going to deliver all the presents, all those 8.9b presents . She was doing it. She was actually doing good; she had delivered 4.9b presents By: 12am. It was 12:30 she only had 5 thousand more presents to deliver it was 12:52 and she had 172 more she didn’t think that they would make it to all the houses then out of nowhere santa jumped out of the sy and onto the slay and made it to all the houses in no time. Mrs. Clause was so happy and surprised she didn’t know how it was possible but she didn’t care. She was just happy that all of the kids did get their presents! When they got back to the north pole Santa said she had a lot of explaining to do Mrs. Clause just said sorry and said i’m going to sleep but that changed very quickly she could not just say sorry and call it a night but Santa could.

Yelled santa.we have a gift for you .Said Santa with a smile.All the elves looked confused .Mrs.claus picked up a small box full of candy canes and another box of carrots for the reindeer.mrs claus heard Santa coughing and sneezing.mrs claus fought that Santa can not deliver the presents!Santa, you can’t deliver the presents this year!you are right I can not deliver the presents this year.THEN YOU HAVE TO DELIVER THE PRESENTS THIS YEAR AND GO NOW BECAUSE YOU HAVE ONE HOUR TO GO AND DELIVER THE PRESENTS!NOW GOGOGO!yelled santa!ok. Mrs claus was Calling all the reindeer.All the reindeer came dashing through the snow towards Mrs claus.she got all the presents and jumps into the sleigh.dashing across the northern lights mrs claus is soaring high such a frilling sight for all the people below looking up to the sky.As mrs claus were delivering presents to all the children in the world she realized that there was only three hours until christmas day!Mrs.claus was going as fast as she could but she was going way too fast then she crashed the sleigh!Now delivering presents would be really hard this year but she still had thirty two more houses to deliver presents to.mrs clause though she was done for.But right behind her she heard a voice that sounded like…HO HO HO!mrs claus looked behind her and saw santa claus and the Elves the were starting to fix the sleigh so that we could deliver the presents to all the houses left then they jumped in the sleigh and santa claus was no longer under the weather then they delivered the presents to all the houses then they were done.merry christmas THE END.

It was Christmas eve. The elves were wrapping presents. Mrs claus was feeding the reindeer the air was as sweet as gingerbread. Everything was going according to plan until… ACHOO! “What was that?!’ Mrs Claus exclaimed. She then found Santa in bed with tissues in a HUGE pile! “Santa! What do you think you’re doing!” he had caught a terrible cold. The elves tried everything they could do before Christmas came. But there was nothing they could do! “You need to take my place for Christmas” He said calmly. MrsClause didn’t know what to think; she had never taken the reins for Santa. Never! That night the elves helped Mrs Claus pack presents into the sleigh. She stopped at this one house and tried to climb down the chimney. Then she fell backwards onto the lawn. She saw through the window a little boy’s mom tucking him in. She kissed him on the forehead and said “ I’m sorry we could only get you one present this year.” The boy had a sad look on his face. “It’s ok. All I wanted was a puppy.” Mrs Claus felt terrible! She climbed back up onto the roof and looked at the chimney. How am I supposed to fit through you?! She thought as the reindeer looked at her with a weird look as it seemed like he was trying to say “hurry up” she climbed down the chimney and fell into the fireplace. Covered in soot, she placed down three presents. And climbed back up the chimney. And hopped into the sleigh. Mrs Claus was exhausted. She fell asleep while flying the sleigh. She suddenly heard a tumble but she didn’t think anything of it because she was asleep. Suddenly she heard one of the reindeer yell “Mrs Claus!” her eyes opened and the reindeer had stopped the sled. Prancer was trying to take off Rudolph’s harness. “What is going on here!?” Mrs. Claus exclaimed. Cupid stepped up and explained what had happened. “You fell asleep and some of the presents fell out!” Mrs. Claus brought as many as she could find. And then went on to more houses. After they had gone to all the houses they flew back to the north pole. Mrs Claus crept in and found Santa asleep. Suddenly she went as quiet as a mouse. Santa yawned. “How did it go?” Santa asked in a calm and tired voice. “Well… i have some stories to tell”

Once upon a time santa was delivering presents until a nutty kid poisons his cookies. He gets sick and goes into a coma till next Christmas. So Mrs. Claus has to take over Santa’s place till he’s back and don’t forget this is new to her so she’s worried. But she gets to work and she works hard so do the elves and maybe just maybe they can pull it off. Well let’s hope so. Mrs. Claus knows it will be hard; she even asks an elf to come with her. There’s about a week until Christmas and there’s still about 17 million presents left to make. But Mrs. Claus doesn’t care, she’s determined and nothing will stand in her way. Also she knows if something does she will let down the kids and she can’t do that. Four days left five million presents she can it.Everything is ready to go the sled is ready the reindeer are fed and the presents are finished. Two days left and Mrs.claus is no longer worried she is relieved. It’s cold as an ice berg the next morning and it’s christmas eve Mrs.claus is ready for tomorrow and she says this will be a walk in the park. She’s excited for tomorrow but also nervous the next day it’s Christmas!!! It’s Christmas!!! The elfs yell tonight’s the night said Mrs.claus so they get all ready and when the time comes she’ll be ready. The time has come to go and she’s off flying the Santa’s slay house to house delivering presents to the boys and girls all over the world. From Canada to China to Russia to America flying everywhere at light speed. She’s a quarter way there and Christmas lights everywhere what a beautiful sight said Mrs.Claus half way there said the elf. That means three billion presents left meanwhile back at the North pole. Santa awakens from his coma and notices his reindeer are gone and asks his elfs what happened.Finally the last house said Mrs.Claus so they sneak into the house put the present under the tree and get out and fly home and coming home they see santa awake and they reunite for the first time in a year. Santa was surprised she did it but at the same time he knew she could. Happy New Year to all.

Once apon a time Santa felt under the weather and couldn’t deliver presents so Mrs. Claus had to try to help him. She put him to bed and called the doctor elf. Soon Dr. Elf came and said I’m sorry Mr. and Mrs. Claus but Santa can’t deliver presents this year. Mrs. Claus said but who will deliver the presents?I don’t know, said dr.elf, but it certainly will not be Santa, so I guess Christmas will be canceled this year. but what about the children asked Mrs. Claus what would they think,and after an hour of talking Mrs. Claus decided that she would deliver the presents. Santa said are you sure, even I can’t drive that sleigh without it wobbling. Mrs.claus said i’m very sure, and went to go and practice driving the sleigh while santa ate cookies and watched tv. Two hours passed and Mrs Claus was still practicing driving the sleigh and it was getting dark so she decided to go deliver presents. In the first house she went to go put the presents and saw a plate with cookies and a glass of milk. Mrs. Claus says that was easy as pie. Soon Mrs. Claus went to the second house and brought the presents inside. in the next house the people didn’t have a christmas tree but Santa knew this might happen so before Mrs. Claus left, Santa put a christmas tree in the sleigh and left a note. Mrs claus went back to the sleigh to see if there was anything to use as a tree and she found the note that said, dear Mrs.claus, just in case i left a christmas tree in the back of the sleigh just in case, love, santa.
Then Mrs.Claus grabbed the Christmas tree and brought it inside.in the next house she ate some cookies and they tasted as yummy as chocolate.then she went back to the sleigh to get the presents,but when she got there there were no presents! She looked and looked but there were still no presents. She looked around and found Santa walking to the house with the presents and said you dropped these when you left! So they put the presents under the tree and went home.

Once upon a time long ago, in a little town far away there were two girls, one brave and one strong. The two girls Savannah and Allison made a wish upon a star to swap lives with their parents on christmas day. Savannah and Allison woke up and Allison said “Christmas Savannah, Christmas!” Savannah groaned, “Uhhh it’s too early”. “Is not” Allison said “Is too” she said back. We repeated till a minute passed, “Whatever” Savannah said with an annoyed voice “fine, lets go”. We went to the living room to find no one there, Then we felt something funny. Next thing they flew like the wind across the room and passed out. When they woke up they were in their parents body’s! Their wish came true! They thot of all of the things they could do, But one thing stuck to their mind: how will they get in their normal body’s. What were bodies doing right now! They just wanted to go back to their normal bodies again. They looked everywhere, They looked in books, They read newspapers with no luck, Then they thinked for a moment, “I got it!” Allison said with excitement “what” Savannah exclaimed, I said we should make another wish and it would be as easy as pie, Savannah just stared and asked me “would that work” she said “of course” Allison said as she ran towards the window waiting on a shooting star. The morning came but no shooting star but no shooting star “I’ll wait here till i’m gray and old” Allison said, Savannah looked at me blankly “sure you can do whatever you want” she said laughing at me “don’t laugh at me” Allison said “okay…” Savannah said. After the day went and the sun went down Allison waited for a shooting star to appear, She waited and it finally came! Allison wished she could go back in her body again. Next day came but she had terrible nightmares but something felt weird. She woke up again and sat there for a couple seconds and realized it was all just a dream.

What is your favourite thing about Christmas?

I personally find the chaos of airports to be my favorite. The constant yelling, the local Karen yelling at the staff who have to work Christmsas overtime, and Old Man Joe driving his car into the airport lobby. Ah how wonderful. Such a magnificent scene. Another thing I like about Christmas is the awkward dinner with my family, just sitting in the dining room and eating in silence as we all think of what to talk about. It almost always ends with someone saying “well uh.. What did you do for the month?” Then the silence resumes as everyone starts to think of what they had done. Christmas can be either chaotic or sweet, the chaotic side being what I just described and the sweet side being as simple as spending time with your brother in which you don’t like but your mother forced you to make conversation with. The sweet part of Christmas is also those store bought sweet potatoes that you don’t like but your family gets mad at you for not eating. It’s the same with the advent calendars your grandmother gets you, they always have cheap chocolate in them even though they had a high price. Granny would always be transferred home from the old person building for Christmas, ah good times.. Grandpa never had the heart to come over, literally. When he did come over it was always just to give the children and parents of the household presents. Another sweet thing about Christmas is the stories By: the fire, heat radiating onto you while your parents or grandparents tell stories. It’s truly nostalgic, wondrous, and much more.

It was christmas eve and me and my sister were being told to go to bed By: our parents “Aww do I have to?” I said “Yes you do otherwise Santa won’t come” “Ok” my sister said. “ Fine,” I said. “If only kids were adults and adults were kids for just one day” I muttered to myself. So I went to bed and when I woke up I remembered it was Christmas and Santa had been and I went downstairs and saw the tree with presents all underneath but there was ONE weird thing, I was the only one up which doesn’t normally happen. Normally my Dad or at least my Mom was up before me ESPECIALLY on christmas day. I knew something was up and I went to my parents room to see where they were, when I got there my parents were still in bed. I ran to the bed and shaked them until they woke up “Dad stop shaking me I’m trying to go to sleep” What was going on? My parents were calling me Dad and were still in bed. Then suddenly I remembered the night before when I had wished that kids could be adults and adults could be kids for just one day could that wish be coming true? Then I heard someone calling “Mom,Dad?” I called back “Mom and Dad are asleep!” I said “What?” my sister said as she walked in the room “They can’t be asleep, it’s christmas morning” My sister groaned “Well they are and somehow we switched places with them and now we are parents and they are kids” “Mom, Dad we are up! Can we open presents right now Please!” “ Ok ok fine” “Just go along with it,” I said to my sister. We went downstairs and saw my parents throwing wrapping paper everywhere “Hey hey! Clean up the wrapping paper!” “Ok Mom and Dad, ” they said and started to clean up. Hey! This was starting to be fun. I looked around and saw my parents chasing each other around the house breaking every single piece of glass they could find. “Hey! Hey!” I said as I started to join in on the chase. This was getting out of hand. I started to wish that everything was back to normal. “Kids, what are you doing? Let’s open presents!”.

Once upon a time…
You probably know of Santa and how he delivers all the presents. And how he has a wife named Mrs.Clause. Santa Claus is sick so he cannot do Christmas. So who is going to do it? Santa thinks it’s just the elves and the reindeer. Or his kids can do it. Then he has an idea about Mrs.Claus she can do it! It will be great. “Let’s go ask her,” Santa says. So he gets out of bed with a nose as red as Rudolph’s and asks Mrs.Clause. She hesitates and says no at first, and then Santa says, “Christmas is ruined!” Then she finally agrees. Mrs.Claus wakes up the next day only one more day till Christmas!! She shrieks with horror uh oh! I can’t do this. But she had to, so she went to the list of gifts and told the elves to get to work, so they did. That night was when Mrs.Claus had to deliver Christmas presents. She left at 10:02 pm and went to Banff, Alberta. She could not figure out how to control the reindeer. Then she figured it out Mrs. Clause was at the first house. And… She can’t fit through the chimney! So she has to use some of the magic dust to make the chimney bigger. So she evenually got into the house and there was no tree, uh-oh what to do. So she just left them By: the fire. “On to the next house,” she said under her breath. Eventually getting the hang of it… There was no magic dust left. How could she get to the last few houses? Anyway, she is not in Banff anymore, she is in the middle of nowhere. Back to having no dust left she had to call the North Pole and they said it would take thirty minutes to get there and there was only a little time left so she had to go through the back of a few houses. And then she found another bag of dust and then the elves did show up. So they all finished the last few houses they were done with. They all went home. And they got a call that said there was a fire in Banff. She instantly knew she did that fire when she left the presents By: the fire. She was guilty.

It was the 23d of December. Mika found herself wrapped up on her chair, with her favorite Christmas novel watching the snowfall. Ding dong went off the doorbell “I’ll get it” called Wyatt, her 7-year-old brother. She tucked her novel away, interested in who was at her door. Mika walked up behind Wyatt and asked the old woman at the door what she needed. The lady turned out to be selling cookies that make 2 lifes switch for a day. “Cool”said Wyatt, “can we get some?“ “Fine,” Mika said, handing the elderly woman 10 bucks. “2 please” the girl said. “Sure thing” said the lady. Well eating supper Mika thought to herself are those cookies really magic? Later when her dad was puting Wyatt to bed she gave her mom a cookie, and she had her own. Beep Beep. It was the next day, Christmas eve. Things started getting weird. Wait, this is Mom’s body, those cookies are really magic. ”ahhhhhhhh”screamed Mika mom. Mika Explained what had happened to her mom. Her mother was very upset. More upset about the fact that Mika bought cookies from a stranger, and even more that she gave them to her mom.
The next day was Christmas. They had changed back! Christmas eve was CRAZY. Mika had to go to the store and buy groceries. She also had a doctor’s appointment booked and couldn’t cancel because her mom had rescheduled. She also had to drop off donations at the school from her moms office. Wyatt didn’t know what was happening and wanted MOM to put him to bed, So Mika had to put him to bed. The next day Mika was very happy to wake up in her body. All the mischief was over, she could also give her mom her present in her body. She also thanked her mom, because she had realized all the work her mom had to do even on Christmas eve. Mika made a promise to never buy cookies from strangers again and never listen to Wyatt. It turns out the present Mika got her mom was an ornament. Just not any ornament, it was a picture of her as her mom and her mom as her! After Mika was done opening and giving presents she decided to go read the rest of her Christmas Novel. Merry Christmas!

Santa has fallen ill and Mrs Claus needs to get special medicine for Santa but she has to deliver all the presents first. The elfs have to work fast. It’s one day before Christmas and they haven’t even started. They were so worried about Santa and they never thought about Christmas until now. Mrs Claus is researching medicine for Santa and she found that there’s one special type of medicine. One day later all the presidents are packed up into the sleigh and all the Reindeers are ready.’’let’s go’’ says Mrs Claus ‘’oh that was so tiring says Mrs Claus to the reindeers we got all the presents for Christmas’’. “Now we have to find medicine for Santa” Mrs Claus says to the reindeers. 1 hour later. We’re back in the North Pole now we just have to find that special medicine. We try Landing but the reindeers are detached from the sleigh. Mrs Claus has to go on foot and takes a long time to trudge through all the snow and eventually. Mrs Claus sees the special flower that she needs for the special medicine and name of the flower the cookie dandelion.Mrs Claus grabs the cookie dandelion and then rushes back to the sleigh. But forgets that there’s no reindeer so she has to go looking for them. One after another she keeps finding the reindeer but there’s one reindeer then she can’t find.. Rudolph. so she keeps looking but then she finds this big cave and guesses what’s inside and glowing red light. She found Rudolph; she just needed to get them back to the sleigh She leads him with carrots. He’s back when Mrs Claus hooks him up to the sleigh. We got the Cookie dandelion and the reindeers he gotta help Santa. Mrs claus gets back to the north pole she races to the med bay santa is in a big bed mrs claus talks to santa well she is making a soup for santa right as mrs claus gives santa the soup she puts in the cookie dandelion and santa eats the soup the next day was healed and ready for the next christmas.

On December 8 there was a girl named Mary who had a little brother named Tim. They forgot to clean their room. Mary and her brother got grounded. Mary was not happy. When Mary saw the first star she made a wish the next day when she woke up she was in her moms room she cold out for tim her dad woke up and said “what do you want?” Mary was wondering what was going on, was it Tim or dad? Dad said “Mary? What are you doing in my bed?” “Tim is that you?” Mary sed. Dad said “yes”. Mom screamed I ran to mom she was me I was so weird. Mom was mad at me then dad woke up then he left the house. Mary did not know what to do then her mom went to work thinking it was a dream and just then Tim ran off crying. Mary started to cry too . “What am I going to do?” Then a minute past Marry was determined to find her family she heard a door slamming shut and suddenly Tim ran in the room. Just then Mary knew what to do. Next thing he knew he was in his mom’s work with Mary. Mary looked everywhere for her mom then Mary’s mom came running to Mary. She was mom crying Mary’s mom thought she lost her job. Then Mary left with Tim and her mom to go look for her dad and on the way to their dads work. Realizing everyone was in their parents body’s all over the world, Mary was so scared. Marry had no idea how to save the world. Mary passed the ice cream store and she couldn’t handle not getting one so she got an ice cream and when she came back out it was dark out so Mary, Tim and Mary’s mom went back home hoping their dad was home. When Mary got home with her mom and Tim they went to bed well hoping they would go back to their body’s Mary was not back in her body, no one was. Mary was mad and so was everyone. Mary said this is not going to stand, we will fix this and save the world. Just then dad came home we all ran and said “I love you” and everyone was back. MERRY CHRISTMAS

It’s Christmas eve and Mrs Claus goes to see Santa in his workshop but he is not there. She goes into their house and Santa is in bed sick. Mrs Claus Says “are you alright Santa?” Santa says “no I am really sick.” Mrs Claus says “it’s Christmas eve you can’t be sick, the children need you.” Santa says “you will have to deliver the presents for me.” Mrs Claus says ” alright i’ll do it for the children.” Santa says “you better hurry, there are only two more hours until midnight.” Mrs Claus “says what will I wear.” Santa says “you can wear my old costume.” Mrs Claus says “its eleven fifty nine” Mrs Claus hops into the sled, she says bye to Santa and she takes off into the dark night. Mrs Claus is on her way to her first stop as soon as she lands on the roof a light goes on inside. Mrs Claus is worried that the kids might see her and say that she is not Santa. Mrs Claus says to herself “should I skip this house?” But she decides to go in anyway. As soon as she goes through the chimney she lands in a big box, then she hears “we got him.” Two boys open the box and say “Wait, you’re not Santa. Mrs Claus says “I’m his wife Mrs Claus.” The boys say “would you like some cookies and milk Mrs Claus.” Mrs Claus says “there is no time for that I have to go deliver presents to kids all over the world. The kids say good bye and Mrs Claus goes to the roof. Then she says bye to the kids and takes off. Mrs Claus says to herself, “those boys were smart and they caught me.” Mrs Claus lands on another roof but this roof was different, there was no Christmas lights outside. She said to herself, “Do they celebrate christmas or do they not celebrate. Miss clause decided to go down the chimney anyway. When she gets out of the chimney she is surprised to see no tree, no lights, no milk or cookies. She felt bad for these people and nothing. All of a sudden lights went on and a family of six came downstairs.they said we don’t celebrate christmas sorry we wasted your time see ya bye and Miss Claus flew away.

It was one week before Christmas and Santa caught a cold. The elves were all worried about who would deliver the presents. “I have been here the longest I should deliver the presents” said the elderly head elf, Peppermint. Then Mrs Clause said, “What if I deliver the presents? I know how to fly the sleigh and the reindeer listen to me.” Santa Clause and Peppermint agreed. Christmas eve came around the corner so fast. Mrs Clause was ready to fly the sleigh. The elves made Mrs Clause a suit and then helped her in the sleigh. Mrs. Clause got ready and then said “On Dasher, on Dancer, on Prancer, on Vixen, on Comet, on Cupid, on Donner and Blitzen and who could forget…. Rudolph!” Then they were off. “First stop, Canberra Australia!” said Candycane, one of the helper elves. “Ok, let’s go get some cookies so we can bring them back to Mr Clause.” Mrs. Clause said with a smile. Down the chimney Mrs Clause went, only to find three little ones sleeping on the living room floor waiting for Santa’s arrival. She carefully tiptoed around the children with her sack full of toys. Quietly placing them under the tree and filling their stockings full of goodies that the elves made themselves. She saw the carrots they left for the reindeer and put them in her pocket, quietly she dipped her cookie in the milk. Mrs Clause grabbed a couple cookies for Mr Clause and back up the chimney she went. After delivering more presents to the rest of Australia. She was off to Europe. Even though Mrs Clause had a busy night ahead of her, she pulled it off. She brought home enough cookies to last her a year. The reindeer came home with full bellies from all the goodies the children left out for them too. Every house got their presents, full stockings and happy faces on Christmas morning. Mrs Clause made it home just in time for Mr Clause to wake up and enjoy Christmas morning with each other and the elves. After they opened their presents from each other, they had a party to celebrate another successful Christmas. Mr Clause was so proud of Mrs Clause, he might even bring her with him next year.

Have you ever wanted a sneak peek on your christmas gift, well Daniel had the same idea! So Daniel made up a plan… Late at night he creeped out of bed and out the door until he saw a shooting star to grant his wish, he had to think hard. But soon he had the perfect wish. After he said his wish he headed back to bed thinking that wishing on a shooting star was just a weird story that his grandma told. The next morning he slowly crept out of bed,though soon he realized something was off… he screamed in terror. His wish came true! There he was standing in the middle of the bedroom as his dad! Daniel ran into the kitchen and saw … Daniel? He clearly swapped bodies with his dad. Though his dad swapped bodies with him, his mom was oblivious! He sat down like nothing was wrong to not worry his mom. As she went to put the water on the kennel she asked “Honey have you got the ingredients for the pie?” Daniel, not knowing how to respond said in his deepest voice “no I have not.” “ Well you better,” she said in a squeezy morning voice. She pulled him close and stuffed the car keys in his hand and the recipe for the apple pie. He grabbed his dads hand and dragged him out the door.
“DAD!” He yelled “what is happening?”
“I don’t know”, he responded very calmly, “ All I know is that it’s good to be a kid again!” “And I want to make some pie, let’s go!” Daniel was shocked how calm his dad was about this situation. As they got into the car he realized he can’t drive! So they decided to walk and listen to some Christmas music. About 20 minutes later they finally arrive and get the ingredients He bakes the pie, wraps some presents, and makes some food for tomorrow. He is exhausted, he’s not normally this tired. As he creeps into bed he wishes to be a kid again and drifts to sleep. In the morning he wakes up in his normal body and normal face. And soon realizes it was all a dream. He skips into the living room to the smell of sweet potatoes and Christmas music playing in the background. He had a happy Christmas and loves being a kid!

It was one stormy night and two special little kids made one big wish. Wait wait… let’s start over one Christmas eve in one of the cabins. There were two kid’s Caleb, and Aubrey, they had a small house so they had to share a room. It was a decent room. Aubrey was on her phone when she hears her mom say “Kids dinner is ready” the mum says. Aubrey replies with “ok mum coming.” Aubrey goes down stairs she walks to the kitchen and her mum’s friends are at her table with her brother they all sit down and start eating. After eating she told her mum. “Mooommmm I’m going for a bath”. Aubrey says And the mum replises with “ok hunny.” Aubrey runs up stairs and runs herself a bath, a nice hot bubble one too. Caleb was just playing games he was not doing much. At one moment they both look at each other and say “what if we switch bodys with our parents?” Caleb says. Aubrey replies with “I don’t know it would be really fun” They didn’t know that a bright yellowy white star was a shooting star which they didn’t see behind them. Caleb says “ok i’m going to bed now.” Aubrey says “yeah same im tired” They both head to bed the next morning. It was Christmas! Aubrey wakes up and looks in the mirror and screams “AHHHHH! What in the world happened to me why am I my mother” Caleb wakes up from the scream and also looks in the mirror and screams “WHAT HAPPENED WHY AM I MY DAD?” Aubrey says “aw man the gift we don’t get our gifts they do” “Caleb, what do you mean gifts, we are our parents and they are us” “THIS IS SO COOL WE CAN DRIVE,” he says with joy. Aubrey says “oh no” They go down stairs “let’s open gifts,” they both say. They opened them later that day and they were exhausted from the whole day. They were so happy and relaxed now. Aubrey goes for another bath and falls asleep. Later that morning she woke up and she was herself again, she was jumping for joy. Caleb does the same, they go down stairs and hug their parents and say ‘i’m sorry for being exhausting for you.” They laughed and they had a good day with their parents.

Santa has become very sick, and Mrs. Claus is starting to get worried. Christmas is in four days and Santa is not feeling any better. Mrs. Claus needs to find the medicine to heal Santa fast. But little did she know there was no medicine to cure Santa’s sickness. She looked through all of her spell recipes and tried everything to heal him. Mrs. Claus still could not find the right medicine, so she decided to go on a little adventure to the South Pole. She told Santa about the news and he agreed “ as long as you’re home By: Christmas” he said. They both say bye and Mrs. Claus is off. “Good luck” Santa yells as she leaves.
There must be a cure at the South Pole right? After a long journey she finally made it to the South Pole. Mrs. Claus looked and looked for hours asking if anyone knew where the special medicine was but they all just gave her weird looks. Still no luck but Mrs. Claus was not giving up.
Then she realized the elves’ workshop is in the South Pole and elves work with Santa Claus. She went there, “Have you seen a special medicine to heal Santa?” asked Mrs. Claus. The elves seemed very confused and just said “NO.” At this point Mrs. Claus is feeling discouraged and sad. Christmas is in one day now and Santa Claus is still sick.
Mrs. Claus makes the decision to finally go home. She packs her stuff and is on her way. It takes her a long time but she is finally home again. When she walks into the house Santa Claus is lying on the floor with Juillet (the elf). “ What is going on”!!
Screams Mrs. Claus. “Santa is dead.” Says Juillet.
“WHAT?” yelled Mrs. Claus. “How did this happen?” “Santa got so sick that he passed away,” said Juillet. Mrs. Claus realized that Christmas is tomorrow and there was no one to deliver the presents. What do we do? At that moment Mrs. Claus knew that she would deliver the presents for Santa. The next day the elves loaded all the presents on the sleigh and got the reindeer hooked up. This time she was ready for anything. So when it was dark Mrs. Claus delivered the presents to every single kid, and knew that Santa would be proud.

On the day before Christmas eve Santa was out feeding the reindeer in the barn when a big snow storm came down and broke the window. Santa was really cold because he forgot his coat. It took him a while but he fixed up the window, but By: the time he got back inside he had a bad fever and couldn’t deliver presents this year, so Mrs Clause had to. It was tough but Mrs clause managed to haul the presents into the sleigh the next night. She made it through the Americas just fine but By: the time she got to France things started to fall apart. She messed up addresses, she broke a few chimneys, and she got countries mixed up. After what seemed like forever she made it through Europe all right now it was time for Africa She made it all the way to the Horn of Africa but then one of her elves fell out of a sleigh. She raced to the ground as quick as she could to save him. Luckily he got saved By: a few penguins from Madagascar. So now she was back on track starting from the south and finally made it through Africa and now she only has 4 hours to do Asia and Australia. She did all of the little islands around Australia without a problem. Now she had 2 hours and 15 minutes to do Asia. She got through the South just fine, made it all the way through India all the way over to Russia and then moved her way southwards to China and Mongolia. She doesn’t need millions and millions of presents, almost billions. Now there was only one country left, Japan. She only had half an hour. She raced as fast as she could with her reindeer and her elves. She got all the way through Japan in just 15 minutes. She headed back to the North Pole with 15 minutes to spare but then something popped in her mind, she forgot the medicine for Santa Claus. She raced all the way back to Brazil and grabbed the medicine. She had 3 minutes before the sun rose fully. She got back to the North Pole and breathed a sigh of relief but she remembered something else. She rode the sleigh down to Antarctica, delivered the few presents to the few people there and now she was done. The end

It’s 1 week until Christmas. The whole shop is putting their best effort in. The elves are staying late at the shop to make thousands of toys. It’s quite lovely to see how well everyone is doing, Everything is perfect until…. Santa becomes very ill. Hi, I’m Ms Claus and this is the story of how I saved Christmas. As I said everything was perfect until Santa became ill. He coughs and hacks until he can’t even speak. I’ve tried every recipe in the book to make him better again, Candy cane drops, hot cocoa balls, Even sugar cookie soup (normally that one works all the time) but nothing has worked. The whole shop goes into chaos and everyone is running around. Until Santa says something in his scratchy quiet voice. It’s quite hard to hear but I move closer and all I hear is “Christmas is canceled” Everyone gasps. “But Santa there has to be something we can do.” Santa gave me a look and I knew exactly what he was thinking. I was hesitant but remembered all the poor girls and boys waiting for Santa to arrive. All the elves are begging me to take the job and I think to myself “It can’t be that hard”. I’m wrong. Now there are only 3 days until Christmas and everything is going smoothly until when I go to prepare the sleigh there’s a big dent in the side. The dent looked bad and there was no way that we could fix it before Christmas. One of the elves had told me it was Cupid so Rudolf would be filling in for him this Christmas. I can’t take a naughty reindeer. Luckily Santa had a few tricks up his sleeve and had the backup sleigh parked in the back workshop. Finally the night we’ve all been waiting for CHRISTMAS EVE!!!! All the elves have loaded the sleigh until I notice all the reindeer are gone! I sit there in worry wondering how I’m going to find them, then all of a sudden I hear Blitzen, and when I turn around I see Santa. He was all ‘better” again. He looks at me and gives me a chuckle telling me how this was a test to see my Christmas spirit. I laugh as we gather the reindeer up and take off in the sleigh for Christmas.

It’s Christmas Eve Mrs. Claus is pacing up and down and she asks the elves to get another blanket. Santa’s coco flu is the worst shes ever seen. She doesn’t know what to do. Santa cant even move, with no choice she throws on her coat, asks the elves to take care of him and hops into the sled, in a second she’s off to save Christmas she delivered only 2000 presents when it happened.
She was on her way to Paris when she couldn’t find the sack of toys she froze and she felt sick the whole world was counting on her and she dropped the presents she collects her thoughts dives down for the presents she continued she only had 10 hours left and she was off, she thought to herself as soon as I get I’ll check on hopefully he is better. She started to wonder why she let Santa go on a Christmas drill in the middle of a horrid blizzard she started to cry a little she stopped on top of a factory and sat down she cried letting out everything she loved Santa she couldn’t bear to see him sick it broke her heart especially the fact it was bad she could have stopped this from happening in the first place but now knowing his situation promising herself everything would be fine and he wouldn’t die she got up wiped her tears took out her bun and screamed with all her might FOR SANTA!!!!! Her final tears escaped her eyes has she hopped into the sleigh and she called on the reindeer away she goes with a brave heart willing to go to the end of earth for her loved ones. She finishes up and throws all the food left for her in the same bag with 2 hours left she sat on the same factory roof as she drifts into her thoughts she thinks ah Santa she thinks about how this all happened it was Christmas eve 1pm Santa told Mrs. Claus he was going for one more drill it was a horrible blizzard outside. Mrs. Claus ignored it, who knew By: just saying ok stay safe, someone’s life would end up hanging By: a ledge why why she questioned herself she lay down and soon drifted off to sleep By: the time she woke up she realized it was 10 am and she rushed into the sleigh and in a blink of an eye she was home Santa was alright he was waiting for her she asked how it went and she told him as she was warmly welcomed By: everyone.

Part one, the switch-a-roo. Once upon a time, their was a famous family named the Bonzos. The Bonzos were a famous family because they built the first teleporter. The mom and dads names were Vanessa and Aaron. The kids names were Jessica and Greg.
One day, it was Christmas Eve. All the sudden, Vanessa, Aaron, Greg and Jessica went in the teleporter at the same time. But then, they switched lives! Greg was Aaron, and Jessica was Vanessa. But then, the teleporter exploded! They were 100% doomed.
Part two, the little issue. When Greg was Aaron, Greg decided to paint random stuff on the wall. When Jessica was Vanessa, Jessica made Christmas dinner.
Part three, dinner. When dinner was ready, Greg painted all over the good food with red and green. Jessica had to throw the paint over the cliff. Greg was very, very angry.
Part four, Santa saves the day. At nine o’clock. They all went to bed, for a good nights sleep. But then, Santa went to sneak into the bedroom. Santa put a pill in each of their mouths. Then Santa flew away and said, HO HO HO Merry Christmas!!
Part five, better. The next day, on Christmas day, they were all better! Aaron was in his normal body, and Vanessa was too! They all shouted, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Jeremy. He lives in Clearwater BC. He had a sister Rose. She loves the holiday of Christmas, but Jeremy does not. All he ever did was sit in his room and watch shows. His parents did not like that. Even though all he does at home is watch tv, at school it’s a different story. He’s an A+ ranked student. It was nearly christmas holidays and Jeremy had a science project and it was almost due. “Good morning,” said their mom you’re going to miss school” said mom “Oh no,” screamed Jeremy “My science project is due.” “Speaking of your science project. What is it?”questioned mom “Oh thanks for asking. It’s a brain switcher.” “It makes your brain cells switch,” explained Jeremy “What?” yawned dad, that’s not possible. “Well then wanna test it?” dared Jeremy “YES!!!!” screamed dad. Then Jeremy placed the brain swapper on the table. Next, Dad decided to click a lever which was really bad because that was the lever that turns it on and not the practice lever. It was very dangerous and it ended up turning their parents brain cells into the kids which means the kids and parents will have to trade lives for as long as it takes them to fix it which is unknown to them. They could never change back. “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!” ” What happened? I’m … I’m mom!” screeched Rose.
“What do you mean?” said Mom. “I’m Mom. You can’t be Mom. Unless …. Ahhhhhh I’m Rose” screamed mom. “Wait, that means I’m Dad!,” screamed Jeremy. “Oh darn it. It works!” yelled Dad. “We’re going to have to stay at home for the rest of the day. “No, that’s impossible because we have to do our jobs” “But what if our kids do our jobs badly and we get fired?” Then they all stayed huddled up crying on the couch throughout the day. By: night, all the tears had dried up. In the morning, they woke up as themselves. They were so happy. But when they came down the stairs there were no presents under the tree from Santa. But little did they know, Santa had given them the best gift of all, a loving family.

You know what john why don’t you and I switch places for a month said mom ok mom said John. ring ring ring i’II get it said John, oh hi Billy hi John said Billy guess what what said John I got to switch places with my mom for a month oh same said Billy well good bye said John oh your bag is already packed john yeah why said john, well I am going to school now, bye mom bye John. Hmmmmm what should I do now? I know I will play Y-box all day now that moms at school. (3 hours later) owwww my eyes hurt. I am going to take a nap (3 hours later) oh hi mom your back yeah oh also what’s for dinner said John your making dinner said mom. One week later something unexpected happened on December 7!! They switch lives with their parents. Their parents woke up as their kids Laura & lucas. Their parents didn’t even notice till one of them went to the bathroom.

Once upon a time, all the way in the North Pole, Santa was outside feeding the reindeers a week before christmas. He had forgotten about how the reindeers had the candy cane flu. He didn’t realize he had caught it until 2 days before Christmas and so everyone was panicking. The elves were especially panicking! Half the world was panicking! Then, the elves and Mrs Claus came up with a wonderful idea. Mrs Claus would get taught how to drive the sleigh, go through the chimney, and learn all of the magic that Santa does. So, that night, the elves took a sewing machine from a little girl who wanted it for Christmas , and they sewed Mrs Claus a suit and a fluffy hat. She tried it on and it was a perfect fit. She absolutely loved it !! Then she got ready for the next night . She went to sleep and hoped for the best tomorrow. She wakes up and hears the village’s Christmas alarm, ” Good morning lceville, hope all of you are excited for Santa tonight!!”. Oh my Santa, I have to be Santa tonight! So she works her way to the kitchen to eat some elf on the shelf cereal. After she eats the cereal, she hops in her flying sleigh and flies to Tim Hortons. She ordered a candy cane hot chocolate because she needed as much energy as she could get for tonight, and we all know that candy canes give you extra energy! She and the elves started to prepare, packed all of the presents , stuck on all of the bows , and wrote all of the letters back . Then it was time all of the little boys and girls got their presents . Ms.Claus was going to save christmas!! She put on her suit and hat and headed into the sleigh . ” Goodbye all of lceville ” as she left into the sky . She went to each and every single little girl and boy’s house , and she delivered every single present. She ate a lot of cookies , she definitely wasn’t used to it. When it struck midnight she was almost done ( with the elfs help ) . Finally she was done , and on her way to the north pole she realized that Santa has a lot of pressure. When she got home she saw Santa out of bed waiting for her, she said ” Santa ! ! what are you doing out of bed?! ” . he

Once upon a time, Santa was sick in bed on Christmas eve and most definitely he could not deliver presents. He was very upset that he could not deliver presents to all the children. And he was very sure that he would not be better in time to deliver presents. You should be already delivering presents. What are you doing!! Says Mrs claus. I’m very very sick honey i cant deliver presents this year. Christmas is ruined said santa. No it isn’t said mrs claus. What do you mean, said Santa Claus, I can’t go deliver presents, the elves can’t do it either, they don’t know how to use my sleigh, the only person who knows how is … ME said Mrs claus i can go deliver presents to all the children. Are you sure said Santa claus?? Yes, I’m sure, said Mrs claus. Ok said santa see you on christmas morning. So mrs claus went to go feed the reindeer then she went up up and away. The first house she went to was in toronto, 1233 windhaven drive. And like ever year santa jumps down the chimney to eat cookies and deliver presents. But this year it was mrs claus, but still as usual she jumped down the chimney ate the cookies and put all the presents under the tree well the reindeer eat there carrots and apples. Then poof Mrs claus was up in the sky flying the sleigh again then she was done 1 2 3 4 5 houses already done. Then she goes to a small town called swellview. She was just about to go deliver more presents to another house. But then she realizes the beautiful view. There was snow falling from the sky christmas lights all around her it was beautiful, she thought in her head. Better get back to delivering presents she said to the reindeer. Mrs claus was getting a little cold so she flew to starbucks and got a nice warm candy cane hot chocolate. It felt so nice on her cold throat. Then the next thing she knew was that she only had 5 more houses to go!! So as always she jumps into the chimney, puts the presents under the tree and saves the cookies for santa. Then the next thing she knew Mrs Claus was done!!! So she flys back to the north pole and Santa was all better the end!!!!

Mrs. Claus’s magical Christmas

Once upon a time in the north pole Santa caught a terrible cold 6 days before Christmas. The elder elves were trying everything they could to help Santa but nothing seemed to work. One elf suggested the bright idea for Mrs Claus to deliver the presents. Mrs Claus said that she should stay with Santa but Santa insisted that she should take his place after all it is only for one night. Finally Mrs Claus agreed to deliver the presents. The next day the elves started to make Mrs Claus a warm outfit for the sleigh ride while others continued to make presents for every girl and boy, some needed to go hide so the kids could wake up to a bright and jolly elf on the shelf. On the morning of Christmas eve everybody was in a hurry to get Mrs Claus ready for the big night. She needed to memorize the nice list and the naughty And learn how to use the magic candy cane that would widen the chimney if needed. She also needed to learn how to memory wipe in case a child wakes up. In the evening she packed up all the presents and put them in the sack. She also hooked up the reindeer and said her goodbyes. As she was getting on the sleigh Santa rushed outside but it was too late. Santa watched as the bag of presents flew off the back of the sleigh there was nothing he could do. After around two minutes the sleigh started to malfunction and it was shooting down at intense speeds once she hit the ground she noticed that the presents were not there. Everything is going wrong, she exclaimed. She decided that she needed to walk back. Once she got back she told Santa that he needed to call the fixer elfs. So Santa called the fixer elves and told them that they needed to go fix the sleigh close to candy cane lane. The fixer elves agreed so they walked all the way up to candy cane lane. Once they were finished Mrs Claus tightly strapped the presents to the back of the sleigh. And off she called lets go dasher and dancer and prancer and vixen comet and cupid and donner and blitzen and finally rudolph. Santa watched as she shooted up into the starry night. The End

One morning it was December 24th and Santa and his elves were almost done making all the toys for all the children out there but one of the reindeer was sick and Santa didn’t know he had the peppermint flu and then Santa got sick so Mrs. Claus tried to help santa By: feeding him these special cookies but first she had to get the special cookie mix that one of the elves made than she baked the cookies but santa became more sick and more sick eventually he became a little more better but he said to mrs. claus i don’t know if i can fly the reindeer tomorrow but he didn’t give up so he tried to practice but he flew into a tree and got injured so when santa was sleeping mrs. claus flew the reindeer and she said to herself wow im a great flier then when santa woke up mrs. claus said i can take the reindeers to fly than santa said are you sure do you know how to fly the reindeer? Then mrs. claus said oh you silly of course i know how to i practiced when you were sleeping then santa laughed and then santa said can you make me a get well treat? And mrs. claus made him more cookies it began to be dark so mrs. claus said to santa can I borrow your magical hat santa said yes than she went on the sleigh at first she was a great flier but that one of the reindeer started to stop flying mrs. claus got worried. then the sleigh started falling to earth santa started felling a lot better his tracker for the sleigh was going off he new that mrs. claus was falling to earth good thing santa had one more hat he said he used it and teleported to mrs. claus the presents were falling out of the sleigh christmas is ruined said mrs. claus what have i done said mrs. claus santa said its ok don’t worry then they had to deliver the presents By: foot all the presents were delivered in time the end.

One morning on 23 December Santa said to Mrs. Claus Think I’m sick or something then Mrs. Claus said no you have to deliver presents in two days! I can’t can you? No why maybe the elves? Santa said no why you then Mrs. Claus made Santa some magic candy then he said m not sick no anymore then the next day Santa felt weak and then she said you’re still sick Mrs Claus said Santa said No I cant be sick come on Then Santa ran and ran around mrs claus said go lay down you got to go to bed your to sick then santa got rilly sick and then it was 7 pm and Mrs Claus was so scared because shes did not know want to do so she said to Santa I will go deliver all of them Santa fall back to sleep the mrs claus put on the hat and got in the slay and said I’m ready then she jumped then she said on ya I have to go in the slay and she did not know what to do so then she floor into the sun jk she was in the air and she said to th elves come help me please because I need help and then gaga Jojo coco Esme came into the slay and then Santa called mrs claus hello sant what do you want im fealing better then mrs claus said its 8 pm im at the USA I cant come back said mrs claus then santa said plz cone back then she said i cant i cant come back i cant i cant! Ok but then there was a house where was nobody is asleep so the elves went inside and tip-towed into the living room and The first house was down Mrs. Claus was fell asleep then the slay crashed and then she said to everyone ok can you help me fisk my slay because I crashed my slay please help me then everyone was laughing at her and someone said are you ok mrs ya im ok im mrs claus said mrs claus umm no you are not then the elfs came out of the slay and mrs claus said can you fix it its 9 30 pm yes mrs claus said esme ans coco then i houner later there are done then mrs claus hops in and take of and then a little boy jumped and fell asleep now its 1 0pm said the elfs we are so close to bein done and then we were done said mrs claus tgen the little boy jump up and said were is santa then mrs said ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh when did you get in here im from new york were are we said the little boy we are almost at the north pole we are 7536M away from new york said mrs claus the boy said can you take me back mrs claus ok fine i will said mrs clauds them it was 11 pm and we are here bye said mrs claus bye said the little boy then there was the book and a page was on the floor and she ssaid jojo esme is this yours esme said yes and jojo said yes ok its like 11 55 let go who are the people on the page that ws on the floor ok so lily toe and ok and now its 1159 1 more said mrs claus yes i did it then they hoped into the slay and there are at the4 north pole now and the end

It was a busy night in Santa’s village the elfs Were sweating from their head to their toes “the reindeer Are going crazy” yelled one of the elfs. “Here give them these” Said mrs. claus. What is it , said Mila. magic cookies “Mrs. Claus said. mrs. claus we need your help” said Raya, mrs. Claus ran as fast as she could. “I think I’m sick” Said santa. ” what no, not on christmas eve” ” you’re going to have to take over” “me I have never drove a sleigh”” you have to” said santa, or the kids are going to be devastated, “well ok” Said Mrs. claus. Once she was ready she lifted to the air mrs. Claus was very nervous. A few minutes later she was at the frist House where a little girl and boy lived to be honest she thought It was pretty easy but what she didn’t know is that the next house was a full house she checked the 5 girls 3 boys 4 adults And a cat and dog. She gave it a shot but when she was leaving The youngest child,it was a little girl.mrs. Claus panicked but the Little girl just stood there ” you’re not Santa Claus” she said I know, said mrs. Claus, I’m mrs. Claus. Really, wheres santa She said, santa is sick, oh. Well, are you delivering presents? Yeah, said mrs. Claus, well, you better hurry up,cause you have A lot of children to deliver to, yeah I better hurry, bye, bye, After delivering presents to about 2 million kids she was finally Heading home, at last she was home, once she took of her boots And coat , she was finally get warm , watch home alone and eat Christmas cookies and cocoa with whipped cream how was it Santa asked, it was a good experience said mrs. Claus. The End
