Report cards will be available the week of Nov. 18.
I have had a few parents ask about the dates for Core Competency Week, due to SD73 budget shortfalls that are impacting CSS we are unsure if we will be able to hold Core Competency Week this year. If we do hold Core Competency Week it would be Monday, May 26 to Monday, June 2.
CSS upcoming events:
Monday, December 2
Professional Develop Day, no school.
Thursday, December 12
PAC meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the CSS library
Friday December 13
CSS grads are hosting bingo in the CSS gym, door open at 4:00 p.m.
Friday, December 20 is the PAC Turkey luncheon for students.
The last of school before winter break.
Opportunities for students
DND Club meets Thursdays from 3:15 to 7 p.m.
Basketball season is underway at CSS.
- Girls practice Monday and Wednesday after school.
- Jr. Boys practice Tuesday and Friday after school.
- Sr. Boys practice Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. and Thursday after school
DOC recreation programs at CSS
These programs are offered free of charge to any youth with funding provided by the United Way.
- Mondays: Drop in badminton 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays: Drop in basketball
- Wednesdays: Indoor soccer 6:00 to 7:16 p.m., drop in badminton 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
