Alzheimer's society plans brain workshop in Barriere

Tara Hildebrand, support and education coordinator with the Alzheimer's Society of B.C., will present a workshop titled "An Introduction to Brain Health" in Barriere on Thursday, Feb. 10. The workshop will be held at the Volunteer Center at 4936 Barriere Town Road, 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

"This workshop encourages participants to actively engage in protecting and maintaining good brain health," she says. "Learn strategies and set goals for improving the health of your mind, body and spirit. Anyone interested in brain health is welcome to attend."
