UPDATE: Highway 24 has reopened in both directions following a motor vehicle incident near Bridge Lake.
ORIGINAL STORY: A motor vehicle incident has closed Highway 24 in both directions near Bridge Lake.
The incident occurred on Monday, April 7 in the afternoon at the Bridge Lake Business route around 36 kilometres east of Lone Butte. At this time a detour is not available.
Drive B.C. said an assessment is ongoing and an update on the road will issued at 4 p.m. on MOnday.
